U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.) attended the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday to honor law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. West Virginia State Police Trooper Eric Michael Workman and Corporal Marshall Lee Bailey, who were killed in the line of duty last August, were recognized in the ceremony.
